1. Results depend upon strict adherence to the customized diet plan provided by FITNEP. The company shall not be held responsible if the client fails to follow the plan properly.
2. Clients are required to share pictures of every meal regularly for monitoring and progress tracking purposes.
3. All packages must be completed within the selected package duration.
4. No extensions, adjustments, or refunds will be provided for incomplete packages or non-compliance.
5. All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. FITNEP shall not be responsible for results affected by undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow instructions.
7. Clients must share regular progress updates so the team can customize the next plan accordingly.
8. Every client is required to submit a 15-day progress report for review and further customization.
9. Diet plans are personalized according to body requirements, lifestyle, food preferences, and health conditions.
10. FITNEP provides nutritional guidance only and does not replace medical treatment or emergency healthcare services.
11. By purchasing any package, the client agrees to all company policies, terms, and conditions.
